Who we are looking for

Your profil as young professional
As young professional you have sucessfully studied computer science, math, physics or similar field. You see your future in the area of software development or data science.
Your profile as experienced expert
As experienced expert you have gained specific knowledge in the relevant field during your first years or you are a experienced specialist. You have a solid expertise and comprehensive experience of demanding projects.
Your entry
For students
We offer internships from three month and longer. During your internship you will get insights into the daily business of a software company. You will execute independend tasks and expand your know-how. Our team will support and help you to transfer the theoratical knowledge into practise.
We are also happy to support you with your final thesis - of course tailored for you. Togehter we will identify a exiting topic and accompany you to a successfull final thesis.
For Graduates
After you have graduated we offer you the entry into the working life with a familiar and agile environment. You collect experience with new technologies - in exiting inhouse projects and in our development teams.
We develop a tailored career path together with you - whether towards a senior developer and a technical expert or if you want to take the career path of a project manager with leadership responsibilities. Of course we support you throughout the way with personal coaching and purposeful education.
For experienced experts
As experienced expert you benefit with a fast and uncomplicated entry, short decision processes and the possibilities to take over responsibilities soon. In Ihrem dualen Studium bei uns ergänzen Sie Ihr theoretisches Wissen durch spannende Einblicke in das Entwicklungs- und Projektgeschäft. Sie arbeiten neben dem Studium in einem eingespielten Projektteam an einem unserer Inhouse-Projekte und sammeln wertvolle Praxiserfahrung. Ihr persönlicher Coach steht Ihnen dabei zur Seite und sorgt für einen optimalen Wissenstransfer.
Wir begleiten Sie auch während Ihrer Abschlussarbeit und bieten Ihnen den Freiraum, den Sie brauchen, um ein bestmögliches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Unsere dualen Studenten erreichen dadurch in der Regel einen überdurchschnittlich guten Abschluss.
